Oath Keepers sponsors NASCAR driver Jeffrey Earnhardt; SPLC laments

Jeffrey Earnhardt, grandson of Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt and nephew of current superstar Dale Jr., is rising through the ranks of up-and-coming drivers.

Not only that, but he is also a big fan of liberty-oriented causes. And so, he is teaming up with the Oath Keepers for the Nationwide Series race at the Dover International Speedway on June 1, 2013.

Here is the design for the paint scheme:

Oath Keepers is an excellent organization, reminscent of something the early settlers of this country would have been proud to be apart of.

As described by the Oath Keepers on their website:
Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of currently serving military, veterans, peace officers, and firefighters who will fulfill the oath we swore to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God.
Our oath is to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and we will not obey unconstitutional (and thus illegal) and immoral orders, such as orders to disarm the American people or to place them under martial law and deprive them of their ancient right to jury trial.
We Oath Keepers have drawn a line in the sand. We will not “just follow orders.”
Our motto is “Not on our watch!”
If you, the American people, are forced to once again fight for your liberty in another American Revolution, you will not be alone. We will stand with you.
There is at this time a debate within the ranks of the military regarding their oath. Some mistakenly believe they must follow any order the President issues. But you can rest assured that many others in the military do understand that their loyalty is to the Constitution, and understand what that means.
The mission of Oath Keepers is to vastly increase their numbers. We are in a battle for the hearts and minds of our own troops. To win that battle, Oath Keepers will use written and video testimony of active duty military, veterans (especially combat vets), and peace officers to reach, teach, and inspire our brothers in arms in the military and police to fulfill their oaths and stand as guardians of the Republic.
The Oath Keepers are not violent or bigoted, though organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) like to promote such a meme. The SPLC is biased against "Patriot Groups" such as Oath Keepers, and on its HateWatch blog (theoretically designed to expose hate, it is more of an outlet of hate) they sound off the sirens in disgust that such a hateful, pro-Constitution group will be gaining significant attention.

Wading into the comment section of the article hyperlinked above is not advisable when eating.

  1. Thank you, LC.
It is my estimate only, but I sense that the SPLC is shooting itself in its own foot by attempting to color Oath Keepers as an extremist group which SPLC wants the government to profile. The sinister purpose behind SPLC's tactic in attacking Oath Keepers has been revealed as pathological misrepresentation of a sub-section of the American military and Veterans and Police communities - because without an "enemy" the armored forces of a mechanized and maniacal Department of Homeland Security military-police state needs an indentifiable "enemy" upon which to deploy all the grunts and gear they've amassed. Over a billion rounds of ammunition for DHS? 30,000 drones over American air space? The NSA's super-spy database monolith in Utah for mining every American's every phone call and email going back, datamining back for five years from now? Placing every American citizen under military jurisdiction with the NDAA-2012? And now they wantonly attack the Second Amendment in such unabashed manner, claiming some vaguely-imagined 'authority' to strip the Constitutional Militia (We The People) of our guns!
The Patriot movement in general, and the Constitution movement in particular, represent the national and intellectual respect for the Constitution as written - that most primary and direct reason why the Constitution in Article VI mandates that the Oath be taken by those who serve - and that the Oath be taken to the Constitution itself, not to the fallible government which came out of that document.
That right there is the reason SPLC serves up tailored profiles on Americans who are pro-actively advocating a return to Constitutional government. SPLC works with and for DHS and many other government departments and agencies. SPLC actually trains our police, offering courses - they turn peace officers into law enforcement officers, but fail to teach the police students how to understand that "law enforcement" is of the government, while its opposite, being a "peace officer", is of We The People. Personally, I think that Oath Keepers' mission to teach the truth about the meaning in the Oath strikes me as the most powerful psy-op mental-warfare weapon we have.

That SPLC made a fuss about us has greatly swelled our ranks and a sleeping giant is now awakening. Stand by for more fireworks as we work to erect our billboard campaign and our Veterans' initiatives. We'll help bring to fruition James Jaeger's movie, Molon Labe < http://www.molon.us/ > and the amazing guys who are doing the Gray State movie. < http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gy7FVXERKFE >, and a strong action in public rallies assistance, Second Amendment issues, Fourth and Tenth Amendment issues, Fully Informed Jury Association, Sheriff Mack's Constitutional Sheriffs And Peace Officers Association, and other powerful beacons of Constitutional light to shine on a darkening world.

The Constitution is the Solution. They who would attack us attack that first.

Thank you for a friendly article.

    Salute!
