Kansas smacks down Eric Holder on gun control and federal supremacy

On April 26, Attorney General Eric Holder sent a letter to Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback in response to a bill he signed into law, the "Second Amendment Protection Act", which would nullify federal gun control laws and criminalize any attempt by federal officials to enforce such laws in the state of Kansas. Holder implies in his letter that the 2nd Amendment is not absolute, and that Congress can regulate beyond its enumerated powers. He explicitly makes clear that he believes the Supremacy Clause allows federal law to always trump state law, regardless of whether it is Constitutional.

Ted Cruz: GOP Senators yelled at the "top of their lungs" at Cruz, Rand Paul, and Mike Lee

Senator Ted Cruz, while referring to the recent Senate gun debate, claimed that established Republican Senators yelled at him, as well as Senators Paul and Lee, for upholding their oath of office and defending the Constitution.

As Cruz said of the Senators who feared political ramifications as a result of opposing the gun bill: 

"You could just not be a bunch of squishes"

Who are the probable offenders? Probably the likes of Lindsey Graham, Lamar Alexander, John McCain, and Susan Collins.
